Manual uninstall of Progress
%DLC% directory can not be removed
Aia.zip file is in use
CAUSE:
AIA.zip is in use by the Web Server or by a Java Servlet Engine
FIX:
1. Shutdown the Web Server and Java Servlet Engine
2. Delete the %DLC% folder and continue with the manual uninstall
