CAUSE:
The installation of Workgroup database is corrupt.
FIX:
Uninstall Progress and remove the following Progress 9.1B registry keys if they still exist. Do not remove these if multiple versions of Progress exist on the same machine. Please contact Technical Support for assistance in that case.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\PSC
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\PSC
Reinstall Progress and select "Complete" for the installation type.
