Unable to use Repository Maintenance Tool for many objects
Some objects can no longer be maintained in the Repository Maintenance Tool (ROMT).
Using Development session with AppServer
FIX:
The AppBuilder and any other development tool cannot be used with AppServer.
Development sessions (ICFDev) can only be used with database connections, without AppServers.
Use AppServer only in a RunTime session.
