ODBC driver for 32-bit C application for NT
Under version 8 NT version, the ODBC.dll is okay, otherwise you would
need to get a more current copy of the .dll plus some additional
odbcxxx.dll files which are used to resolve the 32-bit to 16-bit
addressing differences. These files are shipped with the version 8
product.
