** Cannot find or open file <file-name>, errno = 2. (43)
The .db file is created but when trying to list the extents with prostrct command error 1152 is generated.
SYSTEM ERROR: read wrong dbkey at offset <offset> in file <file> found <dbkey>, expected <dbkey>, retrying. (1152)

CAUSE:
The database blocksize is not fetched from the data extent
FIX:
The bug is fixed in 9.1C
