SYMPTOM(s):
A 4GL Query seems to return different results when run from icon than when run from the procedure editor.
CAUSE:
Query or result set is being modified in the application invoked via the icon.
FIX:
The same query cannot return different results when run from icon than when run from the procedure editor against the same database?
If this appears to be the case, look in the application code for sections that may modify the query or its returned result set.
