SYMPTOM(s):
It appears that on the graphical system, the screen goes blank. If you open the application again, it will run & there seems to be no problem.
Registry error : Could not create the '' key for the Event Viewer. (5175)
Encountered image resource failure when realizing <widget>. (2290)
Event Logger error: Could not find promsgs.dll (5194)
CAUSE:
Having the startup.pf & progress.ini files in one location locked up database.
FIX:
Put a copy of startup.pf & progress.ini file on each local machine.
