Error: symbol not found bcopy
Customers running on UNIXWARE 2.0 and 2.1 have reported recieving the
following error message:
Error: symbol not found bcopy
"bcopy" is a system function that is available on UNIX V.4 platforms,
including UNIXWARE 2.x. The error message is a result of bcopy()
function definition is in /usr/lib/libX11.so.1 on UNIXWARE 2.x, not
in libX11.so as it is on most systems.
When a PROGRESS executable is run, it looks for bcopy in libX11.so.
Thus, the error message results when the function is not found.
To workaround this, the customer needs to rebuild the PROGRESS
executables with the probuild utility.
