SYMPTOM(s):
Showcfg fails
Error: Cannot open the configuration file
CAUSE:
The showcfg file can not find the progress.cfg file. The showcfg command reads the license information from the progress.cfg file.
FIX:
Set an environment variable called PROCFG that points the progress.cfg file.
Example:
PROCFG=$DLC/progress.cfg; export PROCFG
