Forbidden You don't have permission to access /aia/WEB-INF/ on this server.
CAUSE:
Apache's httpd.conf file was configured with security enabled.
DirectoryIndex index.html index.htm default.htm
FIX:
Change the security settings in the httpd.conf or access.conf to allow user access to the web-inf directory.
