Incremental .df not case sensitive prior to V8
Incremental changes made to database schema including a change of the
case of a particular field are not recognized in the incremental .df
that is created. This is a known issue for PROGRESS versions prior to
V8.0x. This issue is resolved in V8.0x. The fix requires a change to
the database version, therefore cannot be patched in any prior
releases. The following is a list of the metaschema that are made
case sensitive in V8.0x.
