PROBRKR doesn't spaw servers
JVA0122 fixed in PTF 29962
PTF 29962 supercede by 30143 but 30143 not active
CHANGE:
Applying new cummulative group PTF
CAUSE:
PTF failed to install. AS400 left unstable.
FIX:
Reinstall PTF. Make sure PTF 29962 is active or updated.
Make sure PTF required by Progress are active or updated.
