Web Page from Dynamics interface is completely blank
The dynamics web broker (default: wsdynamics1) is able to return requests when ping is used
The web broker is able to access workshop
CAUSE:
There is no .icf extension mapping in the Internet Information Server's dynamics virtual directory
FIX:
Add the .icf extension mapping and restart the web server. And, reopen the web browser.
