Protoora generates sequence and table with the same name
ORACLE database does not accept the same name for sequence and table
CAUSE:
Sequence defined with the same name as existing progress table.
FIX:
Create sequence directly in schema holder but not in ORACLE database
or change the sequence name but this will induce code changes.
