CAUSE:
It is not possible to use the Dictionary Dump for table larger that 2 gigabytes prior to OpenEdge 10.1C.
FIX:
Use the Binary Dump utility instead. This utility will create a single file if the operating system allows it and multiple files if there is a file size limit.
