Pre-transaction validate changes are not getting committed to the DB
Message statement after pre-transactionvalidate in the SDO is messaging so it is firing.

Moved SDO into an SBO

FIX:
Move Pre-transactionvalidate to the SBO from SDO and it will preform as expected
