INI file not being used at startup of session.
-ininame being ignored at session startup.
CAUSE:
The -ininame parameter was being used in a .pf file. It is documented in the "Startup Command and Parameter Reference" that the -ininame parameter is ignored when used in a .pf file.
FIX:
Specify -ininame on the command line.
