SYMPTOM(s):
Can not connect to a DB using TCP.
Remote clients getting error 1432 when connecting to a database
This server is licensed for local logins only. (4393)
CAUSE:
The Personal database product was installed. You can not connect clients using TCP to a Personal database. Personal DB is designed for local logins only.
FIX:
Install Workgroup or Enterprise DB if you are connecting clients using TCP.
