CAUSE:
Bug# 20010214-018
CAUSE:
When running an application which has references to a sequence (CURRENT-VALUE(), NEXT-VALUE()) the application will hang when running connected to a database with an identical schema (identical apart from the existence of the sequence).
FIX:
Upgrade to at least 9.1B
