How to move frame to top in the UIB design mode?
There are two ways to move the lower frame to the top in UIB design
mode in version 7.3 and above:
1) If you can select the lower frame (because the top frame does not
totally obscure it), then use Layout->Move To Top.
2) If you can't see the frame, you can still go into the Tools->List
Objects and choose the frame from the browser and press the "To Top"
button.
