SYMPTOM(s):
Extra"cursor-down" in terminal session
There's an additional cursor down (up) movement when the arrow key is pressed (held down for a while and then released)
The issue happens when selecting "menu" options in Progress Utilities (Data Dictionary, Procedure Editor, etc).
