SYMPTOM(s):
Selecting from a decimal field in a "ADODB.RecordSet" ObjRecordSet through
SQL92 ODBC driver against Oracle,SQL Server and Progress, returns all
unknown values "?".
Using a COM handle retrieving data with an ADO.
Decimal not handled correctly with ADO.

VT_DECIMAL types were not being checked for or handled.
FIX:
Fixed in: 10.0A, 9.1D07
