SYMPTOM(s):
Installing of service pack 9.1D 05 fails
message in installation log: 'cannot load versioninfo.dll'.
all Progress processes are shut down
CAUSE:
The wrong service pack was downloaded and tried to apply, namely for 32 bit (under HP-UX 11), instead of the 64 bit one (under Hp-UX 64 bit).
FIX:
Download the right service pack and apply it as described in the installation notes.
