SYMPTOM(s):
Clicking on open menu in AppBuilder produces error and stack trace.
Same error on selecting new viewer and click on browse.
WSAERROR: No error. (-10000).
Same error when using a normal win2k client with ICA.
Another user, admin, does not have the problem.
This same user did not have this problem last week.
CAUSE:
Corrupt profile.
FIX:
Logout.
Delete profile of this user.
Login.
