CAUSE:
Progress 9.1A is not supported on AIX 4.3.0. It is supported on AIX 4.3.2 MUP level 2.
FIX:
Upgrade to the supported AIX version AIX 4.3.2 MUP level 2 for 9.1A, or move to the latest Progress version.
