GOAL:
Is there a parameter for the JDBC driver to change the time-out value?
FIX:
There is no parameter for the JDBC driver to change the time-out value.
But using SQL-92 Sequence implementation will avoid DeadLock situation.
Note: Using SQL-92 sequences required 9.1D05.
