SYMPTOM(s):
Report Builder does not print more than 4 pages of labels
List is to be printed out on labels of a specific size, 4 to a page
Use several formulae in order to ensure the line spacing is correct
Only 4 pages worth, ie 16 records, are ever printed
Tested by direct printing, by export and by using print preview
Only on sites that print more than 16 records at a time
Tried to print from a different printer driver with same result, no more than 4 pages of labels which is 16 records at a time
CAUSE:
The setting for REPORT -> PRINT -> PAGES: From 1 To 4
FIX:
Re-set setting for REPORT -> PRINT -> PAGES: From 1 To 9999, or whatever the maximum number of pages per print job is allowed per site.
