SYMPTOM(s):
Invalid or inappropriate handle value given to RUN...IN statement. Procedure '<calling-procedure>':<line-number>. (2128)
CAUSE:
The client side SDO was used to build the window.
FIX:
Even though you only deploy the client side SDO, you still need to build the window using the full SDO.
