SYMPTOM(s):
Problems fitting labels on the printed page.
The first line is on one page and the remaining lines are on the next page.
The labels appear to be sliding down the page; on each page the labels start printing on a lower line.
CAUSE:
The page length must be a multiple of the label size in lines plus the space(s) between labels.
For example:
label size = 5 lines
space between labels = 2 lines
Page size = (5 + 2) x X
FIX:
To fix this, switch to the Report view of the query. Go to menu item
Options > Custom page size and change the page length.
