_progres sessions consuming 80% CPU
CAUSE:
Client found that due the manner that they were using NT Batch Scripts, some of the Progress Batch Client sessions were spawned but no longer under anyone's control.
FIX:
Review NT Batch Scripts.
Make sure loops do not spawn unnecessary additional client sessions.
