SYSTEM ERRORS 73 124 438 on unix - increase SEMMNI

If you recieve the following errors on unix 5.4.4.3, try increasing
the kernel parameter SEMMNI.
SYSTEM ERROR: bfcr called with no template. (73)
SYSTEM ERROR: kyinit: numcomps+2 > pkditem->dpad. (124)
SYSTEM ERROR: Client attempting to access recid not part of file (438)
In this case, there was no corruption in the database. This customer
runs with about 20 databases, and SEMMNI was set to 20. Increasing
this parameter stopped the errors.
