GOAL:
Can 3.1D or 9.1D application be deployed in 3.1B or 9.1B?
FIX:
Theoretically yes, but Before the deployment, the 9.1D or 3.1D sources need to be compiled using 9.1B or 3.1B compiler. Even in the compilation, there might not be any syntax error and compile OK but there might be runtime error. Therefore needs to go through testing or quality assurance step.
