The following syntactically correct code fails:
FOR EACH STATE:
DELETE STATE.
END.
CAUSE:
There was a hard drive failure. The OS was re-installed on a new hard drive. Progress (DLC) was restored from backup. There is file corruption on the installation files.
FIX:
Install Progress from the installation media.
