FIX:
Beginning with Progress 9.1B, this is possible except for Progress installs on SCO, Sun Intel, DG-UX, and Linux.
Prior to 9.1B, large tables could be dumped to a .bd file larger than 2 gigabytes if the operating system allowed it. However, Progress could not load data past the 2 gigabyte limit.
