DEC Alpha Open VMS 6.2
SYMPTOM(s):
Database crashed and can't be started.
The DB crashed in the middle of an IDXBUILD.
I/O error 99652 in uttfwrt SYS$wait ret 99652 file 1 (srt) (tty), addr 2048311296 (290)
DBRPR fails with error -1.
CAUSE:
The database is corrupted.
FIX:
Restore from backup.
