The server for this database does not support SAVE CACHE or the -cache parameter. (976)
CHANGE:
upgraded from version 8 to version 9
CAUSE:
Version 8 environment variables defined while trying to install version 9 corrupted the installation.
FIX:
1) Uninstall Progress
2) Remove or remark out all version 8 environment variables.
3) Reinstall version 9
