FACT(s) (Environment):

SYMPTOM(s):
Database abnormally shutdown.
CAUSE:
A kill was issued against a user connected to the database's shared memory pool.
FIX:
Use promon to disconnect the idle user. DO NOT issue kills against users who are connected to the database through shared memory.
