Manually uninstall of Progress
%DLC% directory can not be removed.
Aia.zip file is in use
CAUSE:
AIA.zip is in use by the Webserver or by a Java Servlet Engine.
FIX:
Shutdown the webserver, and Java Servlet Engine, and then delete the folder.
