SYMPTOM(s):
Progress installation resides on a mapped drive.
errno=22 reading PROMSGS file, it may have been deleted.
DLC and PROMSGS enviroment variables are pointing to a mapped drive.
CAUSE:
Progress installation is accessed via a network drive. Network intermittently unavailable or congested.
FIX:
1. Copy the %DLC%\promsgs to a local drive on the Client's system.
2. Set a PROMSGS enviroment variable on the clients system to point to the local copy of the promsgs file.
