SYMPTOM(s):
WebClient: Problem with running the old code even though the application has been upgraded
Application running old code instead of the new one after version update
CAUSE:
New code placed in a different application directory.
FIX:
Make sure that the new code overwrites the old code in the existing
directory and not being written in the new directory which may not be
included in the PROPATH, or being included in the PROPATH after the
directory containing the old code.
