Browse vertical scrollbar popup menu options Top , Bottom do not work.
CAUSE:
The browser scrollbar context menu (popup menu) is a windows setting that progress has no control over. In windows NT this menu is not accessible at all.
FIX:
The browse scrollbar popup menu is a Microsoft feature that is totally outside Progress control. This feature works partially on windows XP and 2000 and does not work at all on windows NT. Consult Microsoft documentation for further details.
