Uninstall program did not remove webspeed folder
All the other folders are removed
Access denied when attempting to remove the folder
Webspeed is never used in this installation

CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing
FIX:
Reboot the machine, and able to remove the folder
