FACT(s) (Environment):
CorVu 4.20
SYMPTOM(s):
Getting Permission denied (13) error when trying to access CorVu Quick Report (.qrp)
Cannot open CorVu Quick Report (.qrp)
Cannot open file: Permission denied (13)
CAUSE:
This problem can occur when multiple users try to run a CorVu report created by one specific CorVu user, but the other users have no permission to run this report.
FIX:
Check the permissions on the directory where the report files are located. The permissions on that will have to be set for the users to be able to access (read and execute) these files.
If you are running CorVu on a unix server then please check that users have permission to see and execute user reports.
Public directories could also be created where all public CorVu reports are copied to. Then they can be run by all CorVu users.
