FIX:
Depending on the configuration of the WebSpeed broker and the
web server there might be different ways to invoke Dynamics procedure
using the web interface. Using the default Dynamics configuration,
the URL to invoke the Dynamics object would be:
http://hostname/dhtml/default.htm?icfobj=ObjectName
where the <ObjectName> represents the name of the Dynamics
container object e.g. 'affallmencw'.
