SYMPTOM(s):
Accelerator keys does not work when a button with NO-FOCUS option returns from a dialog.
Accelerator key defined as a trigger anywhere for the frame
CAUSE:
If a frame that contains a NO-FOCUS button does not itself have focus, the frame does not receive focus when the button is pushed. In this situation, frame entry or leave events are not generated so no triggers associated with this frame are not going to work
FIX:
Move the trigger of the accelerator key to the window
