SYMPTOM(s):
running java processes block installation of service pack
Message saying that the installation cannot continue due to running Progress processes.
All processes have been shut down, including Adminservice that was closed via services.
CAUSE:
The Adminservice was not really shut down via services and still running.
FIX:
Check manually: proadsv -query and do a proadsv -stop, and continue with the installation of the service pack.
