SYSTEM ERROR: Invalid note length <note length> (5111)

Error at reboot of the machine, after a OS crash
CAUSE:
There has been a corrupted BI buffer flushed to the BI file at the time of the crash.
FIX:
Restore backup and Roll Forward all AI extents till the "downtime", i.e. till a certain time after the OS crash but before the attempt to restart the database.
rfutil <db> -C roll forward endtime <yyyy:mm:dd:hh:mm:ss> -a <ai>
