Report Builder How to change the database saved in a report
To change the database that is saved in the report definition,
1 - Open Report Builder.
2 - Go to menu Options->Preferences
3 - Under "Database Connection On Report Open"
choose "Prompt Always"
4 - Open the report and the Database Connection dialog will
appear. You can now specify a different database.
5 - Save the report. If you don't the new database information
will not be saved.
6 - Optional, go back to Options->Preferences and change back
to "Prompt When Necessary".
OR
Copy the report to another report library and you will be prompted
for the database connection information.
