Using 'Windows XP Style' theme with a manifest file
CAUSE:
Bug# 20020306-002
CAUSE:
Currently Progress has not actively tried to support the use of Windows XP manifest files, therefore we cannot advise whether to use these or not.
FIX:
After creating your manifest file, upgrade to Progress 9.1D07 or later then add the following entry to the 'Startup' section of either the registry or the INI file you are using:
UseClipChildren=yes
