FACT(s) (Environment):

SYMPTOM(s):
Apache web server with Tomcat JSE on Linux server
Appserver and nameserver on Linux server
WebClient application on Windows 2000
Able to download WebClient and WebClient application to Windows workstation using Install Shield
Unable to connect to AppServer on Linux after download of WebClient.
Unable to communicate with AIA.
The Web Server returned an HTTP status code of 404 . (9328)
Application server connect failure. (5468)
CHANGE:
Ported application from Windows to UNIX
CAUSE:
The Apache web server and Tomcat were not communicating.
FIX:
Load Apache module mod_jk. This module is the connector that connects servlet engines to the web server and needs to be added to the Apache web server.
